ABOUT CORI BRETT
Golf comes naturally to me. My family developed golf communities and I played junior golf. Golf took a temporary backseat as I built a career as an investment real estate broker in San Francisco, but I returned to the game about ten years ago and started a new career as a golf travel writer. My first national article was published in Golf for Women magazine on golf in France. I've traveled all over the world, playing golf and writing about the game and industry leaders, for national and international publications. I really enjoy working with groups of people. As President of the Bay Area Travel Writers, I grew the organization and implemented a traveling mascot program for San Francisco Bay Area schoolchildren. When I moved to Scottsdale, Arizona, my leadership skills led to the creation of the Southwest Golf Media Association. I recruited the top golf media professionals as Board members and launched SWGMA as a nonprofit organization. We partnered with the Arizona Golf Association and co-host an annual awards dinner.
I'm considered an expert in the field. I'm often asked to serve as a selection panelist for golf ratings. Here's what a Scottsdale client says about me:

Based in the heart of the golf world, Scottsdale, Arizona, I’ve teed it up in Marrakech, played through the cobras in Penang, and shared the fairways with wild elk in Banff. I've been a professional writer and book author for more than 10 years.
